Following are some common question you may want to ask:
Q1. Why do we collect patients data?
A:You may have concerns about the data we collect about your patients. We do this for two reasons: a) Although we will not attract the attention of the FDA in the beginning, if the number of patients gradually increases, we may face charges at some point in the future, and then we will need the effective data to defend ourselves. Since it may be too late to collect data then, obtaining data in advance is a more reasonable choice. b) We also believe that, although RCT should not be used to measure the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, if there is enough data, the overall effectiveness for certain symptoms (such as brain fog) can eventually be obtained, and the value will be significantly higher than modern medicine (the current effectiveness rate is almost 0), this is also a way to prove traditional Chinese medicine to the FDA and society.
Here, we also assure you that we will not leak any clinic effectiveness data.
Q2. Why do we provide free follow-up treatment?
A:Please don’t misunderstand, this is not to imply that doctors in online hostipal are wiser than you. In fact, since TCM doctors in Western countries do not have any fixed income and can only make profit if their treatments are effective, the overall treatment efficiency of them may be higher than that of most TCM doctors in China. However, sometimes the situation can be very intricate and complex. If the previous treatment is ineffective, it is always good to have another chance. I believe you also hope that the follow-up treatment will be effective, so that patients will not tell others that Chinese medicine is ineffective.
Q3. How to be added to the clinic list
A:If you would like to appear on the clinic list, please provide us with third-party testimonies. For example, you can contact patients who have been cured of long COVID (preferably patients who have written something about their illness on social media in the past) and let them tell us about the effects of treatment in Facebook (preferably about past prescriptions too). If we think it’s true, you’ll be added to the list.
Q4. How to be removed from the clinic list
A:If you are concerned about regulatory rules or do not want us to collect your patient’s data (even if the data are given by those patients), you can send an email to [email protected] and we will respond immediately.
